For questions about A!SMART venue sales, please contact us using the inquiry form below.

Inquiries will be answered via e-mail during regular business hours ( weekdays 9:30〜18:00 (JST) ) in the order in which they are received.

  • Some inquiries may be responded by telephone, depending on the content of the inquiry.
  • In the event of weekends, holidays, and holiday periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays and Golden Week, replies to inquiries will be made on the following business day or later.
  • Please note that it may take some time for us to reply to your inquiry if confirming the content of your inquiry takes time or there are a large number of inquiries that have been received. Thank you for your understanding.
