Miki has decided to move to Wakayama to take over the job, but she doesn't want to be separated from her best friend, so she wants to stay at her uncle's house for a year until graduation and continue attending her current school. Just that day,
Hojo Ryo (Fujiwara Daisuke), a university student, also comes to see the shared house, but in the end, no contract is reached, and Miki, who persuaded her parents to live in the vacant room, ends up living there.
