Four years after 2013's "Kamen Rider x Super Sentai x Space Sheriff Super Hero Taisen Z," a new all-hero movie has been born! Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger form a mixed team of Kamen Riders and Super Sentai from the past! They engage in a fierce battle against a great evil that threatens humanity.
A gigantic floating fortress suddenly appears and launches an all-out attack, leaving major cities around the world in ruins. Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger fight back, but are no match for the mysterious enemy, which is overwhelmingly larger and more numerous. However, a hero appears to save the day. The supposedly dead Kujo Kiriya and the never-before-seen hero appear in all their bravery... Where did the enemy come from, and why? Why did those who were supposed to have lost their lives appear? And what will be the outcome of victory? The key to defeating this incredibly powerful enemy is for the heroes to gain new powers. By repeatedly leveling up in another dimension, a hero who surpasses the "strongest" is born, and an unimaginable miracle occurs!
