【story】
In a room with closed curtains, a woman with messy hair, wearing sweats and a T-shirt, is playing a game with no expression on her face. She is Sui Kurome (Mie Iitoyo), 27 years old. A house helper who has been a recluse for the past 10 years, living with her father, Joji (Takanori Jinnai), who is a manga artist.
One day, Joji is informed that the series will be discontinued. The editor, Kumi Kurusu (Kafka Shishido), criticizes the story as good, but that the story is hopelessly boring and has an old-fashioned taste, but Joji clings on, saying, ``I'll do anything to make a living.'' Kurusu proposes to Joji a unique collaborative work, with the original story written by the best-selling author Ryūen Kumon (Junpei Mizobata) and Joji in charge of the illustrations. The only condition from Kumon was that Sui be the model for the main character. What exactly is Kumon's aim? ?
At that time, Sui receives information about a high school reunion. Actually...the reason I became a hikikomori was due to a motorcycle accident I had in high school. As Sui struggles with her traumatic memories, Kumon tries to convince her to attend the class reunion, but...
