Purchasing digital content

If you purchase digital content or receive digital content as a reward with another product, it will be displayed on MyPage under “Digital content”.

 

・Certain digital content may have an expiration date/viewing deadline. Note that system requirements or available payment methods for digital content may differ. Check the details on the product page before placing your order.

 

・Digital content purchased or received as a reward is for the personal use of the purchasing/receiving member only. Transfer, resale, redistribution, or lending to a third party is prohibited. Note that digital content transfers to another A!SMART member account are prohibited, even if the account is held by the same person.

 

・Note that you will no longer be able to access your digital content if you cancel your A!SMART membership, even if the content is not yet expired.

 

・We do not offer cancellations or refunds on digital content at customers’ request. However, if the event for which digital content was purchased is canceled, A!SMART will reach out with refund information.
