Tracking your package

Once your package has shipped, we will send you an email with a confirmation number.

Enter the confirmation number on one of the sites below to check shipping status.

 

 

General timeframes are provided for each area. Keep in mind that shipping times may vary with the type of product, declared value at customs, and other factors.

Keep in mind that the information provided is only a guideline. It may take some time for your package to clear customs.

 

Asia: 1–3 days (note that it may take longer for packages to clear Chinese customs)

North America: 1–4 days

Europe: 2–5 days

Middle East/Africa: 2–5 days

Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, etc.): 1–4 days

●Once products have arrived at the TENSO warehouse, customers can receive them by going to the TENSO site and completing the forwarding procedures (confirming the shipment and paying the TENSO service fees).
