If you do not receive an email

You will receive a confirmation email if your order goes through.

If you do not receive an email, review the information below.

 

If you are a member, you can confirm order details and shipping status on MyPage under “Order history”.

 

・You may have entered your email address incorrectly

 

・The email may have been blocked

Add “@asmart.jp” to your list of safe senders. See if your settings block spoofing attacks or emails that contain a URL.

 

・Check your spam folder

If you use a free email account provider like Yahoo!, Gmail, or Hotmail, the email may have gone to your spam folder.

 

・Non RFC-compliant email addresses

The following special forms of email addresses (Non RFC-compliant email addresses) are currently not recommended for use.

 

Email addresses with symbols other than "." (dot), "-" (hyphen), or "_" (underscore)

Email addresses with a dot "." immediately before the at-sign "@" or at the beginning of the email address (e.g., .abcd.@asmart.jp)

Email addresses with consecutive dots "." before the at-sign "@" (e.g., ab..cd@asmart.jp)

Email addresses with a domain name that does not exist following the at-sign "@"

Email addresses longer than 64 characters

 

We have confirmed that customers are not receiving notifications from A!SMART (including order completion emails, cancellation emails and important notification emails), or that We are not received when you contact A!SMART via the inquiry form.

If above applies to you, please change your email address in My Page on the A!-ID website.

If you have the order that has not yet been received, please also contact us that A!SMART via the inquiry form and provide us with your order number and changed email address.

 

・You may have changed your email address

If you change your A!-ID email address on MyPage prior to receiving your order, please use the inquiry form on A!SMART  to send us your order number and your new email address.

 

*Note that simply changing your email address on MyPage on the A!-ID site will not change the contact email associated with orders placed on A!SMART.
