Fan Club and Member site

A!SMART allows you to purchase limited-edition products on its Fan Club and Member site.

Fan Club/Member site verification is required for purchase.

 

 

Services requiring an A!-ID

Services like the Fan Club and Member site require an A!-ID. You can get information on signing up for services or purchase limited-edition products by using your A!-ID to log into the A!SMART site.

 

●Go to MyPage on the A!-ID site to see the A!-ID services you’ve signed up for.

●Your A!SMART login and A!-ID must be the same to enable service verification and limited-edition product purchases.

 

Other types of Fan club/Member site verification

For services that do not use an A!-ID, you can purchase limited-edition products by entering the designated login ID (member number, email address, etc.) and password for that service.

●You can also enter this information ahead of time under “Link to your Fan Club/Member site account” on MyPage in A!SMART.

 

 

Important notes

・If you don’t remember your login ID (member number, email address, etc.) and password you used to sign up for the Fan Club/Member site, check with the original site.

 

・If you change your A!SMART member information (address, phone number, membership cancellation, etc.) on the A!SMART MyPage, this will notchange the information registered on your linked Fan Club/Member site.

 

・You’ll need to inquire directly with the Fan Club/Member site for questions on things like member registration or presale tickets.
