Shipping times

In most cases, A!SMART will ship your product within ten days of receiving your order.

Check the shipping times listed on the product page before placing your order.

We do not offer custom delivery dates or times.

 

Check shipping times with individual shipping companies.

If you miss a delivery, please contact the shipping company.

 

 

Important notes

・Artist-related goods offered during tours and events may take between two weeks and a month to ship.

 

・If you order multiple products at once, they will be sent as a combined shipment once the last product is ready to ship.

 

・Products may be shipped in a different order than the order in which they were purchased. Note that delivery dates can be affected by the number of items in your order, payment method, delivery destination, and product inventory.

 

・Our representatives do not have any additional information on scheduled product delivery dates.

 

・We will send a product shipment notification to the email address you provide once your products are ready to ship.

 

The following circumstances may delay shipments.

・Many customers placing orders at once

・Incomplete order information (missing required fields, errors, incomplete payment, etc.)

・Product temporarily out of stock

・Inclement weather, natural disasters, or other factors hindering shipment

・Extended holidays (New Year holidays, Golden Week, etc.)

・One or more products in your order requiring more time for delivery
