We will not resend and refund any items that are returned to us that you didn't received from A!SMART.
Please understand this in advance.

Make sure to pick up your product.

We do not offer refunds on shipments left unclaimed by customers.

We reserve the right to limit use of our site for customers who repeatedly leave shipments unclaimed.
